Remote and hybrid first
Start here if you want remote or hybrid work. These roles support residents and families from home or on a flexible schedule. A quiet workspace and reliable internet are required; occasional community visits may be requested.
Be the caring voice on the phone for families exploring senior living. You will answer questions, scheduling tours, and guiding inquiries with warmth and patience.
Handle inbound calls, emails, and messages from residents and families. Resolve concerns, logging requests, and coordinating with on-site teams.
Build and manage caregiver schedules, arrange shift coverage, and keep staffing balanced. This role is mostly remote with occasional time on-site.
Manage move-in paperwork, monthly billing, insurance and long-term care claims, and family statements with accuracy and care.
Tell the Larkwell story online by managing social media, community reviews, email updates, and tour inquiries that help families find us.
Lead live virtual programs such as chair fitness, book clubs, music, and family video visits that keep residents engaged and connected from anywhere.
On-site roles
Care, hospitality, and front-of-house roles based at our Hospital Drive community.
Lead clinical oversight for assisted living and memory care, partner with physicians, and mentor our caregiving team.
Provide hands-on personal care with dignity: bathing, mobility, meals, and the everyday moments that make residents feel known.
Support residents with daily routines, companionship, and gentle assistance. This is a caring first step into senior care, with paid training and a clear path to CNA.
Support residents living with dementia through calm routines, meaningful engagement, and specialized communication techniques.
Be the welcoming first face for residents, families, and visitors. You will greet guests, managing the visitor log, answering calls, and keeping the lobby warm and organized.
Design and lead activities that spark connection, including music, art, outings, and one-to-one moments tailored to each resident.
Help our kitchen deliver warm, thoughtful meals through plating, service, and the hospitality that turns dining into a highlight of the day.
